I had an good stay! The art deco interior gave the hotel a unique aesthetic that felt like stepping into another era. Plus, my room was surprisingly spacious, offering comfort that is hard to find nowadays.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Deutsches Theater! The location is ideal, just a quick walk from the central station and Marienplatz. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing assistance with my luggage and local tips. My room was clean, and I enjoyed the charming inner courtyard view.

No air conditioning in rooms.

the hotel had no air conditioning, just a fan blowing hot air. How classy! And to top it off, I was given two single beds instead of a double. I would’ve thought I deserved a room upgrade as compensation, but clearly, that was too much to ask. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Spotlessly clean room with good blackout curtains.

Couple seeking comfort

The breakfast was plentiful and gave us all the energy for our adventures! The staff was really helpful, especially one woman at the reception who solved our issues quick and easy.

It wasn’t exactly affordable, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

We enjoyed sipping drinks under the stars in the courtyard before catching an incredible musical nearby. The incredibly clean double room offered a cozy retreat. Pro tip, request a room facing the inner courtyard for the best view of the theater and a quieter stay!

The staff were excellent and really helpful. There was a nice bar area on-site. Breakfast was pretty good for the price point, too, with a great deal at the Italian restaurant next door.

Some room maintenance needs attention. I found a few things that were a bit outdated.

Had a delightful time with fast check-in and a complimentary apple waiting for us when we arrived late! We loved unwinding in the lovely courtyard and enjoyed the option to store our luggage after check-out. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

This place suits me perfectly. Great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and late check-out make my stays easy. The staff even helped me with nearby exchange rates on my first visit! I'll be back for Easter.

The hotel is super close to the train station and just a leisurely stroll to the center. Cozy rooms, but not much more than the basics, darling. A sweet lady at reception really saved the day when things went awry.

But, I felt like a detective walking home after dark with all those nightclubs around. A missing shower curtain is just too avant-garde for my taste!
